Instructions

Step 1
Mix diced pear with lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a tiny pinch of salt. Place into a small oven-safe ramekin.

Step 2
In a bowl, rub together oats, almond flour, butter, honey, and cinnamon until it forms rough crumbs. Scatter the crumble evenly over the pear.

Step 3
Bake at 190°C for 20–25 minutes, until golden on top and bubbling underneath. Serve with a spoon of Greek yogurt (keeps it light and high-protein).
