Add ingredients

  • 375g Frozen Strawberries
  • 300mL Whole Milk
  • 35g Whey+Casein Blend

Add frozen strawberries, whole milk, and whey and a vanilla whey and casein protein powder.

Blend Ingredients

Blend until a thick, creamy, ice cream consistency. Use the plunger with the blender to press the ingredients down as it will be quite thick and need help to completely blend. You may need to add more ice or water depending on the desired consistency your looking for.

Step 3/3

Add Toppings and Serve

Top with any desired toppings, mix-ins, and sauces.

Make sure you use a high quality blender such as a vitamix or ninja as you will need a high motor to make sure ingredients get blended and try to use a whey+casein blend and not just whey as this will allow you to reach a more desired consistency.
