Growing up as competitive athletes, we lived in the kitchen as much as we did on the field. But the more we searched for recipes that would actually fuel our performance, the more frustrated we became. Every "healthy recipe" we found was either bland chicken and rice on repeat, loaded with hidden calories that didn't align with our goals, or so complicated it required a culinary degree to execute.
I was tired of choking down the same meals day after day, I knew nutrition was the key to reaching the next level, but I couldn't find a single reliable source that made it simple, enjoyable, and actually effective."
That frustration became the spark for Athleats.
From our kitchen to yours
What started as two brothers experimenting in their home kitchen quickly evolved into something bigger. Nico and Luca began testing recipes that hit three critical marks: they had to taste incredible, meet specific macro targets, and be realistic enough to make on a Tuesday night.
The results spoke for themselves. Not only did they see improvements in their performance and recovery, but for the first time in years, they actually looked forward to meals. No more bland food. No more guessing if something was truly "healthy." And most importantly, no more feeling like they needed a cheat day to make up for eating like a monk all week.
