Instructions

Step 1/3

Cook Steak

  • 2 tsp Avocado Oil
  • 150g Steak

Heat avocado oil in a cast iron or stainless steel pan over medium high heat. Salt and pepper your steak on both sides and add into the hot pan. Sear on both sides for 3-4 minutes depending on thickness and how you want your steak cooked. Turn steak on side and render out a bit of the fat efore removing from the pan.

Step 2/3

Cook Potatoes and Asparagus

  • 200g Potato
  • 150g Asparagus
  • 1 tsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Chili Powder

Turn the heat in your pan to medium and add in your diced potatoes. Season with paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. While your potatoes are cooking heat another pan with a bit of oil and add in your asparagus, season with salt and pepper and cook for a minute, then add a splash of water and cover with a lid, letting your asparagus steam for another 5 minutes until softened but still a bit crisp. Continue stirring your potatoes around until crisp and fully cooked.

Step 3/3

Serve

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Slice your steak and plate alongside your potatoes and asparagus. Enjoy!
