Prepare and Season Patties

  • 150g Ground Beef

Preheat a pan with avocado oil over medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape them into patties. Season the patties with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2/3

Cook Patties and Toast Bun

  • 1 Hamburger Bun

Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While the patties are cooking, toast the whole wheat hamburger bun on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned.

Create sauceand Assemble Burger

  • 1/4 Roma Tomato
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1 Slice Mozzarela Cheese
  • 3g Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup

Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burger by placing them on the bottom half of the hamburger bun. Add the mozzarela cheese on top and mix together your finely chopped up tomato, onion, and parsley with ketchup to create a simple sauce. Spread on top of the burger and serve.
