Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl mash the banana througoughly. Stir in the eggs, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup.

Step 2
In another bowl, add in protein powder, baking powder, flour, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until fully combined and add into your bowl with wet ingredients. Fold gently until smooth batter forms making sure not to overmix. Add in chocolate chips and fold into the batter.

Step 3
Add batter into a small loaf pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for a bit and enjoy!
