Instructions

Step 1/3

Prepare Pita Chips

  • Pita Bread
  • 1 tsp Olve Oil

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Tear the pita bread into bite-sized pieces and spread them on a baking sheet. Lightly brush them with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.

Step 2/3

Make Yogurt Sauce

  • 100g Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 tsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

In a small bowl, mix together plain Greek yogurt, minced garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste. Stir until well combined.

Step 3/3

Assemble and Serve

  • 200g Chickpeas
  • 5g Chopped Parsley
  • 10g Chopped Almonds
  • 1/2 tsp Sumac

Place the drained and rinsed chickpeas in a serving bowl. Pour the yogurt mixture over the chickpeas. Arrange the toasted pita bread pieces on top of the yogurt and chickpea mixture. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, chopped almonds, and a sprinkle of sumac. Serve immediately and enjoy!
