Instructions

Step 1/4

Marinate the Chicken

  • 150g Chicken Thigh
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Step 2/4

Prepare the Tzatziki

  • 50g Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Small Cucumber
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill

While the chicken is marinating, combine the Greek yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 3/4

Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges.

Step 4/4

Assemble the Dish

  • 2 Pita Bread
  • 30g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion

Warm the pita bread on the grill for a minute on each side. Serve the grilled chicken skewers with the pita bread, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and a generous dollop of tzatziki.
