Instructions

This recipe should yield around 12 muffins, which each muffin equalling around 180 calories thats made up of 28g Carbs, 5g of fat, and 9g of protein.

Step 1/3

Combine Wet Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 170g Greek Yogurt
  • 80g Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mash bananas in a bowl and add in eggs, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined, making sure you do not over mix.

Step 2/3

Combine Dry Ingredients with Wet

  • 240g Oat or Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 80g Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

In a seperate bowl, mix the oat or almond flour, baking soda and powder, vanilla protein powder, and cinammon until fully combined. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet and once again mix until just combined, making sure you do not over mix. Add in your chocolate chips and fold them into the batter.

Step 3/3

Bake Muffins

Scoop the batter into a prepared muffin tin, topping with more chocolate chip cookies if desired. Add into the oven for 14-18 minutes until baked through or when testing with a toothpick lor knife leaves no batter residue. Enjoy!
