Instructions

Step 1/3

Cook Beef

  • 75g Sirloin or Flank
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

Briefly marinate your sliced beef in fish sauce and lime juice for around 15 minutes. Add the beef and marinade into a pan on medium high heat and pan sear for around 3 minutes.

Step 2/2

Assemble

  • 1/2 small carrot
  • 1/4 small cucumber
  • 20g shredded lettuce
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves

Prepare and cut all your vegetables while your beef is marinating. Dip your rice paper in warm water until pliable. Layer your greens, beef, herbs and vegetables into the rice paper leaving enough space to roll tightly like a burrito. Enjoy!
