Instructions

Step 1/3

Mix Ingredients

  • 40g Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Nut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 30g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips or Nuts

Preheat Oven to 350 F. In a bowl, mash the banana and mix in the nut butter and sweetener until smooth. Stir in the whey-casein blend vanilla protein powder, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add a splash of milk only if needed to make a soft, scoopable dough. Fold in any optional mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.

Step 2/3

Shape & Prepare

Form and scoop two cookies onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly. They wont spread much.

Step 3/3

Bake

Bake for 8–10 minutes, until golden and firm around the edges. Let it cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

Benefits

The combination of oats, banana, and chocolate chips provides a steady release of complex carbohydrates, great for sustained energy.

The protein powder and milk contribute to muscle repair and growth, making this a good post-workout option to help replenish glycogen stores and support recovery.
