Instructions

Step 1/4

Prepare the Batter

  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 20g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, low-fat cottage cheese, vanilla protein powder, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 2/4

Coat the Bread

  • 2 Slices of Whole Grain Bread

Dip each slice of whole grain bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly coated.

Steep 3/4

Cook the French Toast

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil or Butter

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat it with olive oil or butter. Place the coated bread slices on the preheated pan or griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 4/4

Serve and add optional Toppings

Once cooked, remove the French toast from the pan and serve immediately. Optionally, you can top the French toast with fresh berries, a dollop of Greek yogurt, or a drizzle of maple syrup before serving.
